Puutarhatyöntekijä

Haemme asiakkaillemme puutarhatyöntekijöitä kesätöihin sekä pitempiaikaisiin työsuhteisiin kukka- ja viljelypuutarhoihin. Ideaali hakija omaksuu nopeasti opetetut asiat ja on suhtautuu työhön terveen pitkäjänteisesti. Aiempi kokemus alalta ei ole välttämätöntä. Suomen ei tarvitse olla äidinkieli, kunhan pystyt ymmärtämään annetut ohjeet ja työtehtävät. Hallitset sekä itsenäisen että ryhmässä työskentelyn.
Työ sopii hyvin nopeasta työtahdista pitäville, näppäräsormisille ja omatoimisille henkilöille. Työ sopii myös opiskelijoille. Auton käyttömahdollisuus tuo mukavuutta työpaikalle siirtymisessä, mutta ei ole välttämätön. Toivomme, että omaat terveet elämäntavat ja olet valmis joustamaan työaikojen suhteen. Työpaikat sijaitsevat Turussa ja Turun ympäryskunnissa. Palkka määräytyy työtehtävien vaativuustason perusteella puutarha-alan työehtosopimuksen mukaisesti.

Begin by sending in an application. We publish a list of new jobs on our site, in social media and other recruitment sites every week. Your job may be there as well! Filling in the application is simple and most easily done on our homepage. You apply directly for the position you are interested in. You may also send us and open application and give a more detailed description of your ambitions.
We treat all applications with complete confidentiality. New applications are read daily, and processed according to the rules on handling personal information in recruitment services. You will be notified when we receive your application and invited to an interview if you meet the requirements of the position. You can decide yourself how long your application stands.
It is important to prepare for a job interview. The goal of the interview is to find out about your strengths and tell you what you need to know about your future employment. Are you a professional in your own field, or are you still on your way to become one? What are your motivations, goals and hopes for the future? Come meet with us with an open mind, as yourself.
We will give you the necessary training. When we are convinced you are the person we are looking for, and that you are committed to the position, we will introduce you to your employer and colleagues. Permits. Citizens of EU and ETA member states have the right to freely work or apply for work in other member states. Working in another EU member states gives an EU-citizen the right to reside there. If the length of the residency exceeds 3 months, the resident must register with the local police department with the exception of the citizens of Nordic countries, who register with the Local Register Offices.
Citizens from other than EU and ETA-countries need a residence permit for an employed person to work in Finland. The permit is either temporary or indefinite. The application for a residence permit may be submitted by the employee or the employer.
Taxation. A foreigner’s taxation in Finland depends on the duration of the employment and whether the employer is registered in Finland.
If the employment in Finland lasts less than six months, our employees pay tax at source 35 % of the salary (including all benefits). In case the employment lasts over 6 months, the employee is subject to regular taxation i.e. progressive taxation, which applies to all permanent residents of Finland.
Work safety. In the case of staffing service employees, the responsibility for work safety is shared between the employer and the client company.
The employer is required to provide health care and insurance in case of work-related injuries and accidents.
Social security for an alien working in Finland. Citizens of EU or ETA-countries are entitled to social security allowances from KELA (the Social Insurance Institution of Finland) depending on the length of their employment. Employees from outside the EU and ETA-countries are required a permanent residence i.e. an open-ended contract or a contract of no less than 2 years is required in order to receive social security subsidies. A person moving to Finland must register with KELA and fill in an application. Based on that information, KELA will determine whether the person is eligible for social security subsidies.
